The Provisionary arms of Aspenwald

Image
The provisionary arms of the County Palatine and Electorate of Aspenwald are "or an eagle azure". While the arms are almost certain to be changed or amended before their official proclamation, they will represent both the electorate and the Count Palatine in a provisionary capacity until such a time that new heraldry is officially proclaimed.

The Provisionary Standard of Aspenwald

The provisionary second flag of Aspenwald is a bicolor of white above gold which may or may not be defaced by the arms of Aspenwald (or an eagle azure) as a standard to represent His Most Serene Highness in matters both private and public as personification of the estate. It is thus considered equally a co-official flag of Aspenwald. Our symbols are currently unofficial and may change or evolve before their official declaration. Over the coming weeks and months, we will be working hard to develop a culture for Aspenwald along with the symbols and trappings befitting its status as an imperial estate.

The provisionary flag of the County Palatine of Aspenwald, or the "Staatsflagge", consists of "an array of 21 or more lozenges of gold and white, with or without arms". While not (yet) official, the flag is one of the most important cultural symbols of the electorate. The colors symbolize the golden leaves of the aspen tree.

Q: Does the County Palatine and Electorate of Aspenwald have its own flag? A: Currently, our symbols are unofficial. We currently have two flags, a state and civil ensign, and a personal standard for the Count Palatine, although neither has yet been officially decreed by letter patent or proclamation.
